Wallace & Sons Research Pty Ltd, in conjunction with CVR Crushing Equipment, Bayswater, WA, design and manufacture a range of special purpose vibrating machines. The screens are very high capacity multiple deck units for very fine and sticky materials. They may be fitted with maintenance-free electrical deck heating systems.

All machines are fitted with rigid, retractable steel support frames to minimise the transmission and magnitude of vibrating forces to the support structures. They are also fitted with long adjustable overflow type feed plates to promote the even distribution of feed material across the full width of the screen decks. All machines are also fully lined against abrasion and corrosion.

An extensive study, carried out for minus 2.00mm iron ore fines, on all of the available high capacity fines screens available on a world-wide basis demonstrated a 200% overall advantage for the WSR designs over all of the alternatives.
